Want to build in Panama?

Recently we have had many clients come that want to build a new home because they have not found what they are looking for on the market, or they just want their home in Panama to be their NEW home in Panama.  

The traditional route was to have a custom home built by a local custom builder. There are a few good custom builders in the Pedasi area, and unfortunately some not so good ones too. There are also a lot of horror stories that go along with custom building as what the standards are in your home country and what they are in Panama can vary a great deal. 

With traditional custom building the process from start to finish can take 14 to 24 months with 4 to 6 months of that being the design and architectural process.
